My appologies to regular readers of this gambling blog!  I have been busy lately really focussing more than ever on my online poker game.  I will try to provide at lease a post or 2 per week of fresh gambling content.

So while I have been away, I have been on a serious online poker heater!  I recently moved up in Pot limit Omaha stakes.  I am now playing $5/$10 PLO and even $25/$50 on occassion.  In the past 2 months I have combined winnings on 3 different poker sites of over $100,000!

What does this mean for all of you poker players?  Well the immediate answer I suppose is NOTHING.  However, in the coming weeks I will share with you some new strategies I have developed for Pot Limit as well as No Limit Omaha.  Some of these will be quick tips that you can find in the gambling blog, and some will be full articles in the "poker articles" section of Gamble To Win.  So check back frequently to get your gambling knowledge on and start winning big.

See you at the tables!

My appologies for not updating the blog recently.  I had the flu for a week.  I have taken the rest of the time to rest and work on some of my own new gambling strategies

Besides the lack of posts I have been quite productive lately.  There will be many new gambling articles added to the site in the coming weeks!  So be sure to subscribe to my feed in the right column.  You won't want to miss these!

I hope all of you have been successful in your pursuit of gambling riches as of late.  Don't forget to use our "Free Casino Games" page to hone your skills!

Recently I have begun playing different online casino games.  I went through a 2 month stretch where I became very bored and unstimulated playing poker, blackjack, craps and other games.

I have had much success playing online baccarat at bodog!  In the past 2 months I have played 3 to 4 hours a day and averaged wins of around $3,000 per day!

I am now out of my slump and back on the poker, blackjack, craps, and sports betting grind.  However I will be playing a lot more baccarat, pai gow poker, and carribean stud.  I have played all of these over the past few months and really started to enjoy them and make large profits.  So I encourage all of you to try some new games as well.

You can play and learn Baccarat right here in this post below, or play this and many other casino games for free at Gamble To Win!  Go ahead and kill some time.  Play these games for free here.  You might just find your niche in professional gambling.

Playing poker headsup is a great way to make fast money online.  Headsup poker is a bit different than playing 9 or 10 handed though.

Your range of starting hands is much greater in headsup poker since there is less likelyhood of the other player having a great hand.  Suited connectors are great to put in a bet with or call a raise preflop.

When playing suited connectors it's basically your dream to hit the flop hard.  If your opponent has a small or even a large pair it will be difficult for them to let go of it.  So what do you do when you flop the nuts (straight or even a flush)?

For me it depends somewhat on how the other player has been playing to that point.  It's important to know what kinds of plays he/she is capable of before making any major moves.  Basically you have two options: Slow play your made hand, or put in a big raise.  If my opponent is a pretty tight poker player I typically put in a raise here, sometimes for all my chips.  They could have flopped a set, and it would be devistating if they turned or rivered a full house.  So I like to make them pay to see more cards here.  Against an aggressive poker player I lean towards slow playing.  Their range of hands is much weaker leaving it less likely they are holding a set or an overpair.  Aggressive players may even play back at you with weaker holdings.  Both scenarios workout just the way you want them to.

What are your thoughts on headsup poker play?  Anything you would do differently in this situation?  Leave comments to further discuss this poker strategy.

Piece Of Phil Ivey's W.S.O.P. Winnings?

Full Tilt
Online poker room FullTiltPoker.com is offering poker players the chance to take home a share of  Phil Ivey’s winnings from the main event of next month’s World Series of Poker.

The main event  is set to begin on November 7.  Ivey is currently seventh in chips, but is third favorite in odds at most online casinos.  First place in this poker tournament is a staggering $8.5 million!

FullTiltPoker.com’s Piece Of Ivey promotion is offering players seats into two special freeroll competitions with a percentage of Ivey’s winnings up for grabs. Players can earn tickets into a drawing until November 5 by winning hands in cash games on the site or by finishing in the money in poker tournaments. The higher the stakes you play at and the more you play the more tickets you earn.  The ticket earning ends on November 7th when the lucky players will be selected to take a seat in one of the two freeroll tournaments.

The first freeroll competition is a nine-player sit-and-go with five percent of Ivey's winnings up for grabs. Three percent of this prizepool will go to the winner.  One percent will go to 2nd place and one percent to 3rd place as well. The second event is a $50,000 game where the winner will take home one percent of Ivey's Main Event winnings on top of the normal tournament prize.

This could amount to some big money for freeroll contestants.  If Ivey is the WSOP champion this November, poker players could be competing for $355,000 in the 3 percent freeroll.  The entrants in the One percent freeroll would be playing for $85,000.  Not bad for a freeroll huh?!  If phil Ivey were to come in 9th place in the tournament he would still take home more than $1.2 million!  So head over to Full Tilt Poker and earn some tickets!

Online Blackjack?

blackjack
Many people who play blackjack in land based casinos seem to fear playing blackjack on the internet.  A lot of these players are card counters.  It's true that you cannon count cards in online blackjack.  The random shuffle of the deck occurs after each hand is played.  However this shouldn't deter you from playing at these online casinos!  Some of my biggest wins in games such as blackjack, craps, and roulette have come from playing on the internet.

If you are interested in earning some extra profit and playing the games you love in your p.j.'s I urge you to checkout the casino reviews page of Gamble To Win!  These sites are tested thoroughly and have strict guidelines that they must follow to maintain their licenses.  Just a thought for everybody who loves the game.  Why not download your own casino software and play whenever you get the urge?  The main thing I love about online poker, blackjack, and all casino games is playing in the comfort of my home while drinking a beer or eating a sandwich.  You won't find any of the large bonuses that these casinos offer anywhere on land either!

Gamble To Win now has a new page "FREE CASINO GAMES".  Now you can try out all your favorite gambling strategies for free before you ever bet a dime!  We offer many casino games like blackjack, craps, baccarratt, pai gow poker, various other table games, video poker, and countless video slot machines for your learning and playing enjoyment!  So check it out and perfect your favorite game.  Tell your friends about this new feature at Gamble To Win!

After taking a week off at the sportsbook in week 3 Gamble To Win is back with NFL Week 4 underdog picksWin big this week with Gamble To Win and Bodog.

Here goes:
* I like the Baltimore Ravens to defeat the New England Patriots!
* I like the Denver Broncos to defeat the Dallas Cowboys!
* I'm picking the Green Bay Packers to win against Brett Favre and the Minnesotta Vikings.
* I am picking the New York Jets to cover the point spread against the New Orleans Saints in week 4.  I think the Jets will actually win this game, but the moneyline is just too risky.  Go with the spread in this one.  Look for the Jets defense to put up some points and keep it close all game!
* I even like the Detroit Lions to cover the ridiculous 10 1/2 point spread this week against the Chicago Bears!

Best of luck to everyone!  Gamble To Win is 6-2 on the season.  Looking to improve to 11-2 in week 4!  Don't forget to place your bets at Bodog Sportsbook!  Signup at Bodog with this link: http://www.bodog.com/welcome/2762875/play-now/nfl-football-betting-signup.html and receive an exclusive 10% first deposit bonus into your sports betting account!
